DMarket’s Terms of Service

Welcome to DMarkets Term of Services page.

The following terms of service (these “Terms of Service”), govern your access to and use of the DMarkets Discord bot, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through DMarkets services and its subsidiaries are collectively referred hereto as “DMarkets” “we” or “us” and “you” or “user” means you as an user of the Bot.

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to use the Bot. The Bot is offered and available to users who are at least 18 years of age and of legal age to form a binding contract. If you are under 18 and at least 13 years of age, you are only permitted to use the Bot through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission. If you are under 13 you are not permitted to use the DMarkets services. By using the Bot, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not use the Bot.

Key Terms

Buyers are users who purchase product or services using DMarkets.

Request post are post made by a Buyer to receive a Custom Offer from a Seller.

Sell post are services or product offered using DMarkets.

Sellers are users who offer and perform services or product through DMarkets.

Overview (Main terms, in a nutshell)

• Only discord users may sell and request using DMarkets services. You are solely responsible for any activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password. We are not liable for any acts or omissions by you in connection with your account.
• Product are purchased through the Contact seller field found on a post message on marketplace channel in every guilds.
• Users undertake to comply with DMarkets Community Standards, which are a set of behavior rules and guidelines, applicable to the DMarkets community and marketplace in addition to these Terms of Service, as updated from time to time.

SELLERS

Basics

• Sellers post their product/services to allow Buyers to purchase their goods.
• The Seller’s rating is calculated based on the anyone reviews posted by Buyers or Guild Members. High ratings allow Sellers to obtain advanced Seller levels (see Levels below).

Post

• Users may report Post to Guild Moderator that may be in violation of DMarkets Terms of Service or Guild Community guidelines using report button.

• Post may be removed by Our team from the DMarkets for violations of these Terms of Service, which may include (but are not limited to) the following violations and/or materials:
  • Illegal or Fraudulent services
  • Spam, nonsense, or violent or deceptive Post
  • Post misleading to Buyers or others
  • Reselling of regulated goods
  • Low quality services or deliveries
• Post that are removed for violations are not eligible to be restored or edited.
• Post are required to have an appropriate Gig image related to the service offered.
• Statements on the Post that undermine or circumvent these Terms of Service is prohibited.

BUYERS

Basics

• Buyer may contact the seller if interested on their product/services.
• Buyers may request a specific service/product from the Post a Sell/Request feature.

Reviews

• Reviews provided by Buyers are an essential part of DMarkets rating system.
• Feedback Reviews plays a vital role in promoting trust between users. We believe in maintaining a reliable review system that benefits both buyers and sellers.
• Reviews will not be removed unless there are clear violations of our Terms of Service and/or guild Community Standards.
• To prevent any misuse of our review system, all reviews must come from legitimate and eligible users seen from the age of the account.
• Once both Seller and Buyer have completed their reviews, or the applicable review period have passed, all posted reviews are made public.
